The current version of the District 3 ARES Net Guidlines is 2 July 2008.
New 3 July 2006: Downloadable XLS spreadsheet for use as
a Net Log. County names and basic abbreviations already embedded
so that you only have to start typing and it will autocomplete.
Requires Microsoft Excel. May work with other spreadsheet
programs, but neither tested nor warranted to work with them.
