Receipt of the the list is open to anyone.  To subscribe to the list go to:

Scroll down to the  “Subscribing to mvpt-list” section and fill out the online form and click subscribe.

If you have a pager or cel phone that can receive text messages, and you want to receive MVPT messages that way, send the e-mail address to the List Manager to be subscribed
